Exclusive use of homestead

For exclusive use of Rowley Homestead the following nightly rate applies

1 September 2024 to 31 April 2025, $2950 per night, minimum two night stay

  • Gourmet Platter for two with a bottle of premium Marlborough sauvignon blanc or chardonnay. Ideal for casual dining in-house or on the verandah at sunset.  Please enquire on arrival

  • Transport services including private driver, shuttle and taxis

Children and families…

  • Rowley Estate Homestead welcomes families traveling with children over 5 years of age
  • Additional bed linen requirements can be arranged on request (extra charges may apply)

Please note

  • The above rate is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and charged on a per night basis for exclusive use of the Homestead.
  • The above rate includes New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%
  • A minimum stay of two consecutive nights applies between 1 November and 31 March, apart from Christmas, New Year and Easter where a minimum of three consecutive nights applies.
  • A single night surcharge of $250.00  applies from 1 November and 31 March
  • Unfortunately we do not accept arrivals or departures on 25 December or 1 January.
  • The above rate is subject to change without notice and will be subject to confirmation at the time of reservation. However, your rate is guaranteed once you received a Reservation Confirmation from us

Payment Structure

  • To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50%  is required within 2 days of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in.
  • We accept payment via internet banking with a swift number

Cancellations

Cancellations affect us greatly due to the boutique nature of the Homestead. A cancellation charge may be applied if you cancel your reservation at Rowley Estate Homestead. Our policy is as follows:

  • Bookings cancelled outside of 30 days prior to arrival date 40% deposit will be refunded in full
  • Bookings cancelled between 30 and 7 days of arrival date, 40% of tariff will be charged
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in, 100% of tariff will be charged

Therefore we encourage guests to secure travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to travel plans.
